Major Disqualification News

The disqualificationfest is upon us for the July 4th race program. (Just found this out right now, so give me two seconds to compose myself as I was literally freaking out during the original reading.) All right...this is what has changed since the last time I read the site:

  • Joey Ferrigno's win from the first Limited Late Model feature was taken away because his car didn't meet the minimum wheel specifications. This makes Michael Chaves the winner of the first race.
  • Glenn Bartkowski's third place finish from the second Limited Late Model feature was taken away because his car didn't meet the minimum weight requirement. This makes Ed Lofland the new third place finisher.
  • Kenny Horton's second place finish from the SK Modified feature was taken away because his car didn't meet the minimum weight requirement. This makes Keith Rocco the new second place finisher and Todd Owen climbs up to the podium in third.

Well, I'll give you more information when I can after Friday's program. (Like I mentioned earlier today, I will be going. A pit visit is still up in the air. More will come that afternoon before I head out for the night.)
