...And for the time I was at the track, it was an on again, off again love affair with the wet stuff.
At about 6:15pm this evening, as the DARE Stocks were lined up in back for their qualfiying heats, the announcement was made for a cancellation. I never had a radar in front of me, but from what I've read, there was supposed to be more rain coming as the night progressed. So what happens now is that all tickets bought for the event tonight are good for next week's program. Those who did not come before the event was called will have to pay $14.00 and $5.00 for adults and kids respectively, but if the rain holds off next weekend, it'll be worth it. In regards to the schedule, I'll come back Wednesday with more.
